Shipping policy

We have two different types of inventory: Pre-Orders and In Stock! 

Pre-Orders: 

  • Pre-orders are open weekly from Monday-Sunday.
  • These items are ordered from our vendor at the end of the week, after orders have been collected. 
  • If you try to order after Sunday, we may be unable to get the items! 
  • Typically, we have unlimited sizes and quantities in these items. 
  • Occasionally, the vendor will later let us know that they cannot fulfill our order. If this happens for an item that you ordered, Ashley will reach out and issue you a refund for that item! 
  • These items typically arrive to us from our vendor in approximately 3 weeks, unless otherwise specified. Feel free to reach out if it has been 4 weeks and you have not heard from us. Otherwise, it's likely on the way!
  • Once we receive the items, Ashley ships them out or has them ready to pick up within 24 hours! 

In Stock: 

  • These items are IN STOCK at our pick up location. 
  • Ashley can speak to the fit of these items because she has access to them. 
  • These items are typically ready for Pick Up or Shipping within 24 hours of ordering. 

 

Pick Up and Shipping 

Local Pick Up: No Cost! 

  • Local Pick Up is offered at 921 W. Monroe St. in Auburn, IL.
  • The pick up bin is located next to the front door. You will be tagged in the pick up post when your item is ready. If you are looking to see if an item is ready, check there first to see if you missed the tag! 
  • You can pick up ANY time after you have been tagged. Please be considerate that this is our family home when picking up. 
  • If items are not picked up within 30 DAYS of being set out, you will receive an invoice for shipping. 
  • Ashley is unable to meet up or provide delivery services for orders, other than for the staff at AES. There will be no exceptions. As a mother with a full time job and three young children, she simply can not do it all. We hope you understand. 

Shipping:

  • Shipping is offered to U.S. residents for $6.
  • This price applies to every order, regardless of size. 
  • You will receive an email with shipping information and tracking once your order has shipped. 
  • Your items may ship separately if you ordered a mix of in stock and pre-order items.
