Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of their shipping or "ready for pick up" date. Customers should contact Ashley regarding a return and then ship back their items or drop them in the Local Pick Up Bin. The customer must cover return shipping costs. If we receive the items within the 30 days, the customer will receive a full refund to their original payment method.
